Facilities, parking, ensuite, location, housemates, professionalism and ease of communication with Sarah (Lettings Manager). Had a very enjoyable 11 months living at the shared house and even after moving out I still keep in touch with my old housemates. Is there anything that could have improved your stay? Not being charged for washing & drying clothes, which was an opinion shared by all. How well was the property maintained? Very well, however in summer the gardener didn’t come regularly, but apart from that everything was excellent. How would you rate the cleanliness of the house? Very good. A fantastic house, serviced to a great level is the perfect location for me. Polyhomes were very attentive to any questions, queries or issues and super easy to deal with. Is there anything that could have improved your stay? Coin operated washers and dryers are annoying. I'd personally rather there was a £5/10 surcharge onto the rent each month to cover it, rather than having to use coins. How well was the property maintained? Hi Sarah, I just want to let you know that this morning I moved out of my room. Looking back, the last year it went by in almost a second. I always had that warm feeling because of the amazing people I could live together with. Every one there has a good heart even if it isn’t visible on first sight. I don’t know how much influence you take on that. However, keep up how you doing it.

Modern House – the best room I ever stayed in. En-suite facility. Very comfortable, clean, cosy room. "The property is well maintained, clean, warm and safe.
Having my own bathroom is huge plus. The general areas and grounds were cleaned by the Landlords. Assigning and labelling storage space in the shared areas is definitely an excellent idea. There seem to be a robust system for selecting suitable tenants who would get along as housemates. Concerns were dealt with quickly and professionally. Communication with tenants, such as when house mates were leaving or joining is very good. The Polyhomes manual stating tips and general guidelines is very helpful." Anjella, June 2015 |
