TENANTS STAYING WITH US FOR 1,000 DAYS
For the 34th and 35th time we have celebrated our longstanding, loyal tenants – two at the same time – who have lived in one of our beautiful shared houses for over 1,000 days; many congratulations Karl and Tom!
We are very happy to provide them with a bottle of fine French Champagne each – oh no, they preferred Gin and Whisky instead… Anyway, those are not for sharing!

HMOs DO NOT SPREAD CORONAVIRUS
HMOs have been given a clean bill of health by officials.
Councils around the UK have flagged up HMOs as a particular transmission risk, with many issuing strict guidance for tenants such as advising them to disinfectant toilet handles before and after use and to eat in their rooms when shared areas are too busy. However, Northamptonshire County Council data shows that HMOs aren’t a significant factor.

HOW TO RENT GUIDE
A new version of this guide (How to rent – the checklist for renting in England) has just been released by the Government – it is for anyone who are about to rent – whether a whole flat or house, or ‘simply’ a room in a shared house.
It is mandatory by law, that you are given this brochure before you move in. However, it is also a good idea to go through and read it – it contains lots of useful and important information that you would want to know about before singing any documents.
This guide will help you to understand what questions to ask, what your rights are, and what responsibilities you have. This will help you create a positive relationship with your landlord, and will also tell you how to get help if things go wrong.
You can get a copy of the document by clicking here - or by clicking on the picture.
You are welcome to contact us for additional information, or if you have any questions.
This is a new version – please check this latest updated version.
