Did you know?
HOW TO RENT GUIDE
A new version of this guide (How to rent – the checklist for renting in England) has just been released by the Government – it is for anyone who are about to rent – whether a whole flat or house, or ‘simply’ a room in a shared house.
It is mandatory by law, that you are given this brochure before you move in. However, it is also a good idea to go through and read it – it contains lots of useful and important information that you would want to know about before singing any documents.
This guide will help you to understand what questions to ask, what your rights are, and what responsibilities you have. This will help you create a positive relationship with your landlord, and will also tell you how to get help if things go wrong.
You can get a copy of the document by clicking here - or by clicking on the picture.
You are welcome to contact us for additional information, or if you have any questions.
This is a new version – please check this latest updated version.

Things to do in Luton
LUTON DART
The Luton DART, or Direct Air-Rail Transit link, between the terminal and the nearby mainline Luton Airport Parkway station, will open next month. The journey will take four minutes.
The new link replaces the current bus connection, which takes about eight minutes.
Luton Rising, the council body that oversees the airport, said the train would take passengers as a “soft launch” on March 10, operating for four hours a day. It will extend to a full 24-hour service in the following three weeks and the bus service will then be withdrawn.
The 1.3-mile journey will cost £4.90, with no discount for return trips.
